Following the comprehensive refurbishment of Horizon 4, L&G were delighted to able to accommodate the expansion of an existing occupier, UL, providing them with an additional 23,176 sq ft on the business park.

Horizon 4 was substantially upgraded in line with L&G’s sustainability ambitions, achieving a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and EPC Rating of A. The refurbishment accommodated EV charging spaces and rooftop solar PV, which will allow UL to benefit from reduced operating costs.

The quality of refurbishment sets the benchmark for future availability, with more news and updates on other projects to come in 2023.
