Bilton One was a Grade A New speculative development, undertaken by L&G, which was let on practical completion to Banner Group Limited.  Banner Group are an existing occupier on Kingsland Business Park and were looking to upgrade their accommodation to service their distribution arm, Truline.

Bilton One, totalled approximately 16,000 sq ft with strong ESG credentials including BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and EPC Rating of A. The accommodated also benefitted from EV charging spaces and rooftop solar PV, which will allow Banner Group Ltd to benefit from reduced operating costs.

The quality of the development sets a new headline rent for Basingstoke and set the benchmark for future availability, with more news and updates on other projects to come in 2023.
