Horizon (Phase I) comprises of four industrial/warehouse units arranged as two pairs of semi-detached units. All units are of steel portal frame construction surmounted by shallow pitched clad roofs with profile metal clad elevations. Each unit provides integral two-storey office accommodation to the front elevation.
